Real America TV Announces Street & Performance, Inc in Mena, Arkansas as Pick for First TV Series
Real America TV is beginning to roll out its initial programming lineup with the announcement of Mountain Motors, a reality TV show based on Street & Performance, Inc. RATV currently has a crew in Mena, Arkansas, shooting the pilot for Mountain Motors and we hope to have everything wrapped up by Sunday, February 15th of 2014.
Mena, a quiet town of about 6,000 that sits nested in the Ouachita National Forest in central-western Arkansas (about 20 miles from the Oklahoma border), is home to one of the world’s premier high performance hot rod shops. Street & Performance is owned and operated by Mark Campbell, a legend in the hot rod industry, and is known for engineering some of the biggest, meanest motors available.
RATV’s vision for the show involves non-scripted story telling of American engineering and entrepreneurship at its finest. In a time where many questions exist about the economy, the over-regulating of private industry and the loss of liberty in America, this production will prove that America’s core determination is still alive and well. The show will be about extremely interesting people, beautiful off-the-beaten-path places, engineering marvels that are hard to fathom and the true, REAL American spirit that helped create the greatest nation the world has ever known.
Details of RATV, including ways viewers can watch our programming, what other programming will be available and how you can be involved will be available soon. Bookmark the Green Room (Official) Blog and check back often for updates!
